• Passanger's Iphone goes up in smoke on a plane in Australia
• Iphone was smoking while the plane was landing
• Authorities checked the phone
• Werent sure exactly when the phone started smoking 
• This may have been cause because the passenger kept the airplane mode on and didnt turn their phone off.
• Nobody knows for sure, but there is a possibility that it was the pressure that made it smoke.
• This has happened before, not too long ago a Droid user was talking on the phone, and his phone had exploded and caused him physical damage

Tech Article 10/18

• Last month Lamar Smith from texas introduced a bill called SOPA (The Online Piracy Act)
• Congress is thinking about censoring the internet
• Many people dont think it will happen because a lot complication would happen if the bill is passed
• If congress passes the law social networking sites such as facebook, tumblr, twitter, etc will be censored. 
• Other countries such as China, and Iran have no access to the websites mentioned above

Four Day Weekend

        This week, many schools had a four day weekend. Wednesday, I came home to relax for a little bit, and eat lunch with my mom. I took a nap and once I woke up my friend Sara came over to go out. We met up with people around town and later we went to Friday's.

We were there for a while, and came back to Wood-Ridge. There we saw more people and then I had to be home at 11. I came home passed out and woke up really late the next day. I was blogging all day, and then at night me and my friend Jenny walked to Donkin Donuts in Heights. 

On our way we saw a lot of people, and the walk was pretty long. On our way back I saw some of my other friends and we were just talking for a bit. Me and Jenny came back to my house and were just talking until her mom picked her up late. I didn't go to sleep until late, then I was really tired and went to bed around 4 am. I woke up the next morning and made myself breakfast. I relaxed once again, and later my mom brought me home some Qdoba. She brought me a vegetarian burrito, probably one of the best things. 

Later that night I went out and met up with people again. We got some pizza and walked around while talking. I didnt ge home until later. That was probably one of the most boring nights from the four day weekend. Saturday I woke up and my parents brought me to Ihop I got soup, french toasts, and a strawberry milkshake. 

Later my mom dropped me off to pick up my stuff, because later I was sleepingover my friends house from another town. I got ready, got my stuff, and my mom dropped me off to her house. Once I got there we went to the courts and played basketball. We came back to her house and got money and walked to Wendys. It was a far walk, and it was very cold out. Once we got back, we played xbox, and ate junk food. We were talking for the rest of the night until we both fell asleep. I woke up the next morning, to her mom telling me my dad was outside. He just came from the gym to pick me up. We drove back home, and my dad cooked for me my favorite meal. The rest of the day I was just relaxing, watching tv, and taking naps.










This class was fun, the only thing I would change are the assigned computers, and not presenting the tech articles.

• Walt disney and youtube are having a new partnership.
• The deal will be  around $10,000,000- $15,000,000 
• Itll be distributed by Dinsey and co-founded by the Disney website and Youtube
• It will be based on original animated video series 
• Disney has lost over $300,000,000 in the last four quarters 
• Disney is desperate to animate its viewers and gain popularity again
• Youtube has also wanted to come together with Disney 
• They are both important allys 
• Youtube attracts younger generations, although itll be preferable that the user is over the age of 13, many kids surf the web at a younger age
